Staff / Vacancies

Alexandra House is an equal opportunities employer, dedicated to safer recruitment. We are a registered charity managed by a Board of Trustees.

Our staff are experienced, childcare professionals qualified to level 3 or above, or working towards this qualification through recognised apprenticeships. Our team comprises of a nursery manager, an assistant manager, two lead practitioners, a team of early years practitioners, two childcare apprentices and a receptionist. In addition to our permanent staff, we have our own team of ‘bank staff’ who work on a casual basis to cover staff training, annual leave and any other absences.
