Our staff are experienced, qualified childcare professionals. Our team comprises an operations manager, nursery manager, a deputy nursery manager/SENCO, two room leaders, two deputy room leaders, a team of early years practitioners, and support staff. In addition to our permanent staff, we have our own team of ‘bank staff’ who work on a casual basis to cover staff training, annual leave and any other absences. We also offer Early Years Apprenticeships.
